I then bought V15 detect, in just 7 days it can't turn on at all (all lights on but can't vacuum). Very very disappointed about Dyson quality. Innovation is good, but without reliability everything is a joke. WebThen left the blow dryer on cool setting pointed at the motor for about 2 hours. Also dried out the filter with blow dryer. Then it worked! The air on the V10 flows through the first pre-filter, then through the motor to cool it down. Then through the second filter before it exits the unit.
